What Is CheshirePubGuide?
CheshirePubGuide was launched in July 2009 with one specifice aim - to provide visitors to the site with a comprehensive guide to the pub scene in Cheshire.
The main part of the site is the What's On guide, which outlines what is going on all in pubs all over the county each day. This could be regular events such as bingo nights or karaoke nights, or something specific such as a one off gig or parties such as St George's Day or Halloween.
So It's A What's On Guide?
No its much more than that. Every pub who joins is provided with a dedicated five page website so that you can promote the best of what goes on in your pub.
There are 14 different sections to choose from at present such as a Food or Drink Menu, their own What's On guide, a Gallery or a Contact Us page, and if we have missed something then we will add it on request.
We also let you update your own website, as often as you like with whatever you like, at no extra cost.
But I Know Nothing About Websites!
We have made it very simple that you need to know nothing about building websites to maintain it. You simply log on to your own Admin Section, type in the information you want on there and it will appear on your site.
This easy to use system also applies to all images that you may want on your website. You choose which ones you want, upload them, and they will appear on the site.
Great! How Much Is It Then?
We have tried to make CheshirePubGuide as easy to use as possible both for the visitor and the landlord. With this in mind we opted out of having different price tiers and optional extras, and instead have one fixed price of just £52.00 per year !
This is the equivalent of £1.00 per week, less than half a lager or two bags of crisps. This means that you would only have to attract one or two people per month to your pub who otherwise would not have gone for the website to effectively pay for itself.
Remember that this is for a full five page website which you can update as often as you like with whatever you like. You also get a What's On guide for your pub, with all entries in it automatically added to the What's On guide on the main page so that all visitors to the site can see what you have going on.
