The Castle has recently reopened under new management, and we are currently in the process of getting events organised. We have recently launched competitions throughout the week in darts, dominoes and pool - see our What's On Guide for more information.

There is a free jukebox available every day with Live Bands performing every Saturday evening.

The pub already has a pool team and new players are always welcome. We are also on the lookout for a darts team and dominoes team to operate from the pub when the new season starts.

Free Room Hire

The entire lounge area of the pub is available free of charge for anybody wanting a private function. This is available for all occasions such as birthday parties, anniversaries or christenings.

There is ample room for a buffet and we allow self catering so you can bring your own food to keep costs down. The lounge area also has its own bar area.
